Testing my Flat Brushes with Watercolor :)

Hiya, amazing creative!

I hope you are well!!  
I came across a very interesting watercolor channel on YouTube!  The artist is Michael Solovyev, and his watercolor work is beautiful!  But, that's not what peaked my interest. You see, he has designed his own unique set of brushes.  (links to Michael at end of post)
He got me thinking about my flat brushes...and what kind of marks they might make!  So, I did a little test.

I tried several types of brushes, including a flat wash brush, flat watercolor brushes, flat brushes for craft painting, and even a basting brush - you know, the kind for the kitchen!  

Here are the results!

Top left - Watercolor Mop/Wash Brush
Top right - Craft Brush

Top right - Princeton Neptune 
Bottom right - Synthetic Squirrel

Left:  Basting brush from kitchen, never to be returned to cooking!
Right:  Silver Brush - Blended Shader
